Unprofessional business
I bought a number from them while ago and they were very unprofessional in their dealings. I recommend staying away from this business. I am not sure if they are legitimate or not.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has been resolved but not to my satisfaction because:
The business did eventually refund my money after I started to actually retain counsel in New York They assured me both verbally and in writing that the number I had purchased would easily connect to my *** network Mind you I paid $3,for the number! When their promises and guarantees proved to be incorrect, rather than refund my money they reverted to sighting the "lawyer language" in their extremely complex contract I do not think therefore that they handled the matter professionally and therefore, I would like my comments noted please.Best regards,*** ** ***
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

As per the contract signed by *** ***, the onus was on the part of *** *** to ensure that the number was portable and serviceable by his current carrier or carrier of his choosing This language is copied below and clearly stated in Section of the Agreement also attached for
reference. "Buyer must choose a telecommunications carrier to provide underlying telecommunications services for the Number upon execution of this Agreement Buyer expressly releases Seller from any claims, damages, losses or other liabilities following Seller's transfer of the Number to Buyer, and Buyer agrees that Seller shall not be liable to Buyer, any affiliate or any third party in any forum, whether judicial, administrative, regulatory or otherwise, for any claims or issues resulting from Buyer's telecommunications carrier of choice being able to port or provide service for the Number for any reason, including but not limited to such carrier's limited service area, lack of rate center support or other reason; provided that Seller will cooperate with Buyer to port the Number to an alternate carrier selected by Buyer." The goal of *** *** is to provide outstanding service Paul F* (VP) immediately attempted to satisfy *** *** and even processed a refund forthwith *** *** continued to complain even after receiving a full refund and even went as far as to post a Revdex.com Complaint AFTER he received his money back, which was his desired outcome, according to his own complaint.*** *** considers this matter closed.EMAIL TO *** *** FROM PAUL F*:** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ***Good morning ***, As I am sure you can imagine I strongly disagree with your thoughts/comments about our “business practice”We have provided a high level of service to 1,000’s of clients across the country and I am very proud to say have never been sued by any of themWhen you first called to speak with someone about the issue you were having, I immediately took the call and offered to do all I could to help the situationI offered to switch the number to another number, recommended a cloud based service you could use and tried to explore other options with youFrom the very first call….all you seemed to want was a refund which is something we don’t do as a practice for a number of reasonsIt is also clearly stated in our agreement that we are not responsible if someone’s current phone provider cannot port in a particular number. With all that being said…I looked back at your transaction and saw that you were referred to us by another client of oursMuch of our business comes from referrals so I always do my best to take care of anyone sent our wayTaking all that into consideration I spoke with my CEO and I am going to make an exception in this case and refund the purchaseThe refund will be processed later today and should hit your account shortly.I am sorry that this number didn’t work out for you and that our “relationship” went in this direction. If your needs should ever change in the future….please reach out to me as I can certainly assist you in finding great numbers for your practice.Paul+++++++

*** *** disagrees with *** ***'s assertions and his refund was processed promptly *** *** never assured *** *** that the numbers would "easily connect" the *** network We do not control the carriers or their rate centers, we only provide the telephone number and therefore I completely reject *** ***'s erroneous claim As I stated earlier, and is also clearly stated in the signed Sales Agreement that *** *** executed; it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to confirm portability and serviceability of the number If *** *** would like to provide written proof to the contrary, as he so claims, I will certainly review it and take it under advisement As for "lawyer language" and referencing our contract as "extremely complex" - that is a first, especially coming from an attorney! I would be happy to translate any of the legalese in our contract if *** *** has trouble understanding it.To reiterate, in *** ***'s original Revdex.com complaint he requested a remedy in the form of a complete refund of the purchase amount, $3, *** *** was provided with a refund*** *** also provided a copy of the signed Sales Agreement and email correspondence to the Revdex.com We are a multi-million dollar business with thousands of satisfied and repeat customers, some of which include Fortune companies, and an A+ Revdex.com rating This complaint has been dealt with and a refund issued I will consider this matter closed - thank you

Our contracts typically renew automatically unless day prior written notice is received. *** *** provided the necessary documentation and the paid invoices were subsequently refunded. The marketing representative he

I honestly recommend this company to anyone. The staff is very professional, they truly do everything in their power to provide you with the best customer service. I think if you are looking to buy a good vanity number you should consider Ringboost they will definitely help you find a good phone number at a great price.

We purchased a vanity number from this company and they did not delivery any promises on any time frame they promised. They did not activate our phone number on the time frame promised. Then our business number stopped being forwarded to the number it was forwarding to for one month. We had this forwarding service for three months. We lost business due to this issue. They did not rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

I have purchased several number from RingBoost. They are easy to work with and have great numbers!

Horrible company called and asked them for help with a vanity number, they were pushy on the phone and asked me what I would be willing to spend before finding out what it would cost. Pushy NY arrogrant company.

Worked with Paul F[redacted] at RingBoost to secure 3 local vanity telephone numbers. Great experience and will continue to do business with them in the future for all my phone number needs.

John and Dan have been a pleasure to work with and took care of my every need!

Review: I have proof in writing from an employee who was my representative with Primary Wave of my contact cancellation. The company is continuing to charge my credit card after my contract has expired and now the new person named [redacted] who is the [redacted] is refusing to honor that agreement and has now told that he's extending my contract and ignoring my cancellation until April 2015. They are trying to rip me off and they do NOT care about their customers. I attempted to work with them in good faith and they are refusing to honor their written commitments to me. I recommend to anyone looking to do business with this company to be VERY careful and NOT to trust them.Desired Settlement: I want the two months I was charged in error to be refunded and for not further charges to be assessed.

I found Ringboost.com while searching for vanity numbers for my business. Ringboost not only had some really good numbers for me to choose from but they helped me with porting my new vanity number over to my telephone carrier. I was very pleased with Ringboost sales and support and I highly recommend Ringboost.com to anyone searching for a vanity number for their business. A+++

This company goes WAY beyond the call of duty to get things done for its customers. If you need it, they will find it for you, and usually help get it within your budget! Problem solvers and customer service off the charts. They have my highest personal recommendation. Can't go wrong here.

Very easy to use and talk to. Either VIA their chat and the person I was chatting with I was able to reach on a real live phone call with a real live person and the same person I was chatting with online. Very simple. Ordered my phone #. Got it right away. Its mine and its a great phone #. They negotiated a fair price and did everything right. A plus business in my eyes.

Review: I emailed my account representative within the proper amount of time before end of contract in order to cancel the service so it would not renew. I got an email confirmation from my rep. Once I dropped my old business website, the email account went with it, so I do not have this confirmation, but [redacted] should have it in their records. After I discovered I was still being charged and my account was renewed for another 12 months, I called their office on July *, 2014 to complain. I have phone records of this. The man I spoke to did not want to research who my account rep. was in order to obtain this cancellation request. He told me there was nothing he could do unless I had the proof. This is shady business practice. These people are crooks! They will probably try to say that my rep no longer works there, so there is no record of any of this. I am tired of being billed $100 per month for a service I already cancelled in writing and over the phone, and for a business I no longer have!Desired Settlement: Refund of money billed after the end of the first year contract.
