Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:From: *** *** Date: Thu, Jun 11, at 2:AMSubject: Re: Ripples Complaint Response (***)To: *** *** ***:The transmission returned was the transmission purchased there I have not been charged back from *** *** Bank for that amount as of today. He stated the man with my brother still comes into the store, well he was just there a couple of weeks with another man named *** returning another bad transmission He has not been there to purchase anything and They did not want to give *** his money back or give him another transmission, but with this going on, they really had no choice I do not believe he agreed that there were no markings on the transmission So I did not turn to Revdex.com because *** *** did not believe me I would not be wasting my time with a fraudulent claim As I stated, I have not been recharged for that transmission I am doing this because the are lying and I am not going to let them get away with this My next letter is going to be to Seven On Your Side I am not trying to discredit their business at all, I just will not allow them to do this to me and not fight back I think the problem is the did not want to refund my money because I surely was not accepting another transmission from them. After Seven On Your Side, myself and a few of my friends are going to the front of their business with printouts of all the court cases they have had for things like this and give them to the customers going in to their storeWe will be doing this their busiest days I will not be on their property, just outside their fence I have already checked with law enforcement to see if I would be breaking the law, I won't At this point it is no longer about a refund, because I have not been recharged by *** ***, it's about what's right and the lies they are telling They know very well that was the same transmission purchased there I think it is awful when businesses do bad business Trust me, I have a client base of over people in this area and I have been telling my story to all of them Most are mechanics and most have thanked me for telling them I even had a couple of them tell me they will not be buying anymore used parts from Ripples.I appreciate your help and time spent on this matter, but they have not heard the last of me I am hoping that I am not recharged for merchandise that was returned. *** * ***###-###-####

May 21, 2015To Whom it May Concern,There are quite a few discrepancies in Ms. [redacted]'s statement. We would like to address the main points of her complaint. The transmission that Ms. [redacted] purchased from our store on November 24, 2014 was the correct part for her 2000 [redacted], Ms....

[redacted] also claimed that the transmission was not in working order, if the transmission was not the correct one for her model car, it would not have fit correctly and therefore she could not possibly know whether it was in Working order or not.In February when her brother came and tried to return a transmission, the part he had in his possession was damaged and clearly did not have any of our inventory marks on it. He was told that it was not our transmission, therefore We could not give any refund. The following day her brother and reinforcements showed up to try and return the same transmission as the day before. When they were informed again that we could not refund any money on a transmission that we did not sell, they dumped the damaged transmission on our sidewalk and left. One of the men with her brother acknowledged that the part did not have any of our inventory markings on it. That same man continues to call and come in to purchase parts from us.We received a dispute on the charges from MasterCard, in which we explained what happened with the attempted return. MasterCard declined her dispute and did not refund her any money either. As for the request for video footage of any of the days in questions, we have not received any such request. And at this late date, none would be available.Next, we received a phone call from [redacted] at [redacted], we reiterated the circumstances to her and Ms. [redacted], [redacted] must not have found any grounds for further dispute, Since now MS. [redacted] has moved on to the Revdex.com to try and discredit our business and our practices. If the transmission that was brought back to us in February was actually our transmission, was in the original condition or was faulty when purchased, we would have gladly refunded her the money she paid.Sincerely,Joan S. R[redacted], Corporate Secretary
