At this time, I have been contacted directly by River Ridge Landscaping and Irrigation LLC regarding complaint ID 11955002, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The company brought some more sand and laid sod. But, the sod is brown so a watering system is
needed. At this time, the company started a system, but it is still too early to see if the sod will turn green and if grass will grow. The company did return a water hose, but it was not my specific black water hose, but at this point something is better than nothing. I am hoping this issue will be resolved soon after growth of grass occurs that they laid down in my yard. I have also decided to go with another lawn company next month due to my dissatisfaction with this company.]
