Re: Complaint # To whom it may concern; A trouble for services on Ms [redacted] ’s account was reported on June 10, by Marilyn [redacted] The technician did repair services on Monday June 12, The following business day a representative from Customer Service did receive an email to issue a five day credit for phone services When Ms [redacted] spoke with the representative from repair in regards to the amount of credit, she would have been told that the amount would have to be calculated The representatives in repair do not conduct such billing changes, they notify customer service to handle placing any adjustmentsThe adjustment issued for the five days of phone service was $7.08, applied to her July bill When I revisit the account, and look at outage credits for both services for the three day period (time from outage reported to repaired) the total would come to $ Eric [redacted] , RiverStreet Networks CEO has called Ms [redacted] multiple times to speak with her about the situation to help resolve any issues but has been unable to reach herIn reference to the quality of service - the service area where Ms [redacted] is located was acquired by RiverStreet Networks from TDS in The plant is currently under construction to be upgraded to a fiber network to improve service quality There were regulatory changes that limited the amount of capital that could be used each year on plant in relation to recovery and we had faced issues with production of materials from the fiber manufactures, which when compounded, did slow down progress However, we do have crews actively working in the area to improve the network and quality of services As the upgrades to the network near completion customers will be notified so that their services may be upgradedShould you need additional information, I will be glad to help in any way that I canBest regards, Amanda [redacted] Director of Sales & Marketing RiverStreet Networks
