purchasesCustomer was never refused service on any repair There was no repair made or attempted to be made times We have gone through our records and have no knowledge of what the customer is referring to There was absolutely no agreement to return the vehicle and cancel our relationshipCustomer’s loan was in default many times during the course of our doing business together In September of the customer’s car was legally repossessed for default on payments of his retail installment contract All legal notices were sent to the customer at that time via regular and certified mail informing customer of his rights and our intent to sell his vehicle at public auctionIn October of the customer’s car was offered for sale and subsequently sold at public auction to the highest bidder in accordance with all laws Customer’s car did not sell for the total balance of the loan that was still owed to River’s Edge Investment Company creating a deficiency balance Customer was mailed all legal notices regarding the deficiency balance and his obligation to satisfy this remaining balance Customer never paid the deficiency balance River’s Edge Investment Company proceeded with legal action in *** *** court to collect the deficiency balance Judgement was granted for River’s Edge Investment Cn 6/21/for the deficiency balance plus interest from 2/9/ (Case #***)At this point, I have no resolution to offer as legal judgement has already been rendered on this matter Thank you,Brian K*** Vice PresidentRiver’s Edge Investment Company

*** *** payment attached ID#*** Here is a brief summary of attached payment history and the dates...I will list when she paid and how far it paid her up to (next due date) Please call me for clarification*As of June 20th Ms*** is $behind as her last payment was 05/28/2016, and is currently days behind. A few examples of Ms*** falling behind include but are not limited to: 06/06/15, paid $brought due date to 06/18/Came in on 06/20/(days late) paid $90, brought account to 06/25/Next payment made 07/06/(days late) paid $190, brought account to 7/10/But did not come in again until 7/17/(days late) This trend is throughout her payment historyNovember she only made one lump payment of on 11/21/15...she had been due to pay 11/11/15...this payment brought her account up to 12/02/15, but again didn't pay until 12/14/15! Ms*** is definitely current at time but then falls behind I hope this clarify matters and we look forward to a positive relationship moving forward.Again, Ms*** is more than welcome to come in to the finance company where Mattie, the head collection supervisor can sit with her and show exactly what I am showing you Ms*** at this point has not done so.Thanks again, Charles MK*** Office: 440-232-1500 Cell: 216-407-

and request she stop into RiversEdge Investment Co. at 17419 Broadway Ave as soon as possible and we would be happy to go over it with her line by line and explain why she is past due. The problems seamed to start in November and December. After she made a payment on the 14th. Ms.[redacted] told her account manager on Jan 9th 2016, when she was 3 payments behind, that she could NOT even give us a good faith payment or pay until at least the 15th....Her account notes indicate while at times she makes additional small payments they do not catch her up. Again we would be happy to show her statement and go over it with her in person, which would be easiest. As of today she is $175.78, collection efforts will continue.     Thanks          Charles M.
