I forced to use a ac person that I did not know thru my home warranty never again. he never called me back after the claim was sent to him. our house was with no ac all day. the next morning I got a message from him that we were scheduled between 7am and 11am. he did not show up until 238pm. we had left the house to run an errand and he rang the doorbell and left. he left no voice mail but did say he called. I called him after I got back home and he told me that he couldn't come back until tomorrow. I ashed him why he didnt show up until 238pm almost 4 hours past his appointment and he said he was busy. I asked him if his cell phone was broken because he didnt call to let us know. he hung up on me because I was being sarcastic but I just wanted to know why he didnt call, his response was he was busy. this is the worst I have ever been treated by someone who is there to do a service and get paid for it. I WOULD STAY AWAY, I THINK HE IS IN IT JUST FOR THE MONEY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Shannon and Rich are amazing! Recently our AC unit was out during our first heat wave of the summer, Shannon was extremely helpful in getting our service scheduled fast and stayed in constant communication as to when Rich would be able to make it to our house.

When Rich made it to our home he was extremely professional and personable, diagnosed the problem in minutes and had us back up and running in no time.

I never thought I could actually be so happy from a AC company... Kinda weird actually but RJH went above and beyond.. Their techs are extremely helpful, explained exactly what was going to happen, the plan and all the right details... They actually had to come and clean up a huge mess that a company named L&S made ( do not use L&S they are fraudulent). My AC is running so great and my house is perfect, thank you so much for not only having to clean up the mess behind someone else but for going above and beyond when you didn't have to... THANK YOU!!!

This is the company you want to do business with!! They are friendly, professional and care about doing a great job. We meet them, through our home warranty company, this summer when our air conditioner stopped working. Shannon kept in contact with us until the crew was able to get to our house. We were not the only ones having problems with their air--of course it had to be during one of our lovely heat waves. By the time the crew got to our house it was dark. (Shannon had assured us they would be there and they were) These guys were in this heat all day and now the night, but you would of thought it was their first call of the day!! They had smiles on their faces (truly) and apologized for being there so late. They fixed the problem in no time. So very thankful for all their help and caring!! GREAT COMPANY

RJH Mechanical is awesome! We had an air conditioning unit go out over a very hot weekend. First thing Monday morning, I called to have a tech come out and I thought there was no way that I would get service that same day. When I explained the situation including that we had a baby at the house and no a/c, Shannon had a tech out to the house within a couple of hours. Later that same day, I got a call from the owner of the company following up. Great service...I highly recommend them.

RJH Mechanical is a fantastic choice for any of your residential HVAC needs! We had to have our central a/c replaced after several parts were replaced and because it was 17 years old and counting. RJH tech's explained to us that because the R22 systems will be obsolete in just a few years, and because old systems like ours will continue to have ongoing issues over time until they fail completely, we made the decision to replace ours. The RJH Mechanical owner and technicians were very professional, always available, great listeners, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to suffer any longer in a home where temps hovered in the low 90's on some of the hottest days for over a week during late June, early July 2016! The price was right and much less than we thought we would have to pay to replace the a/c system in our home. It was definitely considered an investment in our home! Overall we would highly recommend RJH Mechanical and will definitely keep their business cards around for future issues!

During our recent record breaking heat wave my home refrigeration unit stopped working. I attempted through my home warranty to receive assistance. I was told that there would be a waiting time of several days by one of the companies. I was then given the name of [redacted] ([redacted] with RJH) and was told he would call me that same day. He called me like he said he would! He said he could stop by in 30 minutes to see what was going on. He did! He fixed my refrigeration at that time. I appreciated his promptness, professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to see if it was something that he could do right away for us. He is who we will call from now on!

Great communication, quick response and repairs were completed within the afternoon.

We all live in AZ because we love the heat (right?), especially when it's 105 degrees outside and a COOL 78 in the house.

One Saturday evening, we noted the A/C started to blow warm air and the temperature in the home was increasing.

Through our home warranty company, we connected with Rich who came to our home early Sunday morning. I have been around home construction and repair for a number of years. With that experience, you become accustomed to judging knowledge, experience and craftsmanship in a short period of time. I found all of those qualities with RJH almost immediately.

Rich (the company owner) made the call personally and this man beams with integrity and a willingness to make his customers happy. Because our home is covered by a home owners (after-sale) warranty, Rich had to confirm the okay for the repair parts, AND he had our A/C cooling down our house in a matter of minutes. Rich completed the repairs and now we have decided that the love we have for our home will continue.

We are so impressed with Rich (and the lady that answers his e-mail with a return phone call on a late Saturday evening) that we willingly and happily hand out his business cards.

The toughest thing about doing business with RJH is having to wait for our next annual inspection to see him again. The comments below only progress to a high of "positive". If there were a choice of "Super, Fantastic and Wonderful, it would be checked.

My Family and I had the pleasure of meeting "Rich" on Monday, the 17 of August. In the spirit of not tormenting other readers of my perilous story, leading up to the reason why we met Rich, I choose rather to focus on the Man himself. We were held hostage for approximately two weeks by a less than reputable refrigeration company, who was assigned to us VIA the Home Warranty, whose office was in Henderson, NV. I demanded a local company, and fortunately for me, it was RJH Mechanical LLC who was assigned. Rich called my Wife and advised he would be at out house in 30 minutes. We left the Hotel, where we were staying at, because we just could not take the 93 degree tempature inside of the house the eveninig before. We got to our house in approximately 16 minutes..............Rich was already there. I smiled as we pulled into our garage, because I knew him being early was a good sign, and was one of many good character traits I use to help me assess a persons character. Rich introduced himself to me, shook my hand and asked if I could tell him what the problem was. I went through the story, he listended, he asked questions for his own clarification, and said, OK, lets take a look at it and see what we can do to get you going. It was not long, and our AC was going. However, the previous company had modified the the electrical system that would work, however it was not quality work. Our AC was working, my Family and I were more than elated of the idea of "Cool AIr" circulating throughout our house. But it was short lived, 30 minutes later the unit shutdown, yet again. I called Rich, explained to him what had happended and he was truly disappointed. He was already at his next job. He told me not to worry, as soon as he finishes that one, he will come back to my house. I know that he was swamped with work, and already had other customers scheduled. It was very unfortunate that Rich's good work, could not transcend through the bad work that the previous company had performed. It was in short order, that Rich arrived at my home. Parts on hand, and ready to tackle the problem. Again it was a matter of minutes, and Rich was done and the AC was once again, blowing cool air through the house. Rich fixed it for "GOOD". I cannot express how pleased I am with Rich and his business. He is a stand up Man, and it is very transparent when you meet him. I can informatively assume his business and his staff are all "Top Shelf". I have his business cards and I have already passed them out to my neighbors and to my staff. I cannot say enough good things about him and how we were treated. I will always be a supporter of Rich and his company. Thank you.

When our AC stopped working we were fortunate that our home warranty company set us up with RJH Mechanical. Since my husband has problems breathing they asked him to make us a priority. I was very pleased that Rich called us within 30 minutes and said he would try to get here within an hour or so. He not only came within that time span, he had our AC up and running in that time. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I got to know RJH Mechanical through my warranty company. My warranty company had been giving me a hard time in terms of getting my heat pump unit fixed or replaced. Fortunately, Shannon and Rich both had been very patient with the situation, and they were willing to go the extra miles to keep the client happy. If it wasn't for them, I believe the situation would be a lot worst! For an instance, at 8pm Friday evening, after their last job Rich & Shannon drove to 4 different Home Depot stores to get my tenants a reputable portable A/C unit. Then they drove all the way back to my condo to set it up for my tenants. They did all this without charging me extra because they concern on the safety of my tenants. They worried my tenants stuck in the condo at 110F without any A/C cooling.

Rich is a very experience HVAC contractor and Shannon customer service is top notch! They are nothing but the best. I will refer RJH Mechanical to anyone who needs exceptional HVAC services at a reasonable price.

RHJ is remarkable. I waited 8 days for another company to fix a unit. They still did not have the parts. I called RHJ today at 10:00 this morning. They looked at the job, diagnosed it and had it repaired by 6:15 THE SAME DAY. I will never use any other company for Warranty work. They are dependable, competent, and trustworthy.They have an A+ rating and are deserving of it. What a pleasant experience.

I recently bought a home and within a month my AC went out. It was in the middle of the summer and temperatures were averaging 109 degrees. My warranty dispatched RJH Mechanical to fix my AC. I was fortunate to get a RJH Mechanical Rich Hanna who did all he could to get my AC fixed which resulted in a replacement of my entire unit. Throughout the poor customer service I have received from the Warranty Department, Rich remained professional and sympathetic that my AC has been out for over 2 weeks while we waited for the replacement unit to arrive due to the supplier was unable to get all the replacement equipment to the same location for pick up. May I remind you I received a call on a Monday advising the replacement has been ordered and ready for pick up and waiting on my technician to pick up and schedule an install . IT took another week to finally get all the equipment to one location. As soon as Equipment arrived, Rich Immediately made time in his busy summer schedule to get my replacement installed the day of equipment was ready to install. He was able to get the old equipment out and new unit in within two days which was impressive considering he already had a full schedule that week and made time to get my AC replaced. His professionalism and dedication to get the job done right really shows as my AC was up and running colder then it has ever been. He was very thorough and detailed while he explained what needed to be done. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to be there the whole time he was replacing the unit but he surely displayed his professionalism and trustworthy of the job. After the job was done, he made sure the area was cleaned up and equipment was working to the best of its capabilities. I highly recommend RJH Mechanical for all your AC repairs or replacements. I did my research prior to the install and read nothing but positive and great reviews for RJH Mechanical and can assure you his professionalism and trustworthy to get the gob done right is nothing less than remarkable.

After dealing with our home warranty company for over a month to fix our air, I finally requested a new contractor and RJH was sent to our house. Rich did a wonderful job, fixed the problem in a very timely manner and had us back in our home in a matter of a few days. He was kind and considerate of our situation, very professional and clean. Our A/C went out in the AZ 100 degree weather and this Company responded promptly with knowledgeable friendly service. The Service Tech took the time to listen to our concerns and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts were on hand in their Service Truck and were switched out with ease. I would certainly call on them again and definitely recommend their services.

One of my AC units stopped working on a Friday night July 17th, 2015 Weekend. I called Richard Hanna at RJH Mechanical. He came out shortly, diagnosed and explained that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Rich provided excellent service and I was happy with the whole experiance and the cost of the service.

When I called my home warranty company and they gave me another company that wasn't responding RJH was right there for me. Within an hour at being at my home they had my unit up and running again. I highly recommend this company for the service of your air conditioner/heating units. One of our units went out over the weekend so we put in a work order to our home warranty company. Within a short period of time, even though they are closed on Sundays, I was called and told that someone would be at our home the very next morning. [redacted], the owner, arrived right on time and was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The issue was fixed quickly and we are back to a cool environment in our home. I also checked with him about maintenance on both units and the price I was given is extremely reasonable.
