Review: [redacted] on 9/4/14 entered into a contract to top, spray, root feed our maple tree on the right side of house and remove the cut limbs and debris. [redacted] also contracted to fill cavity and perform tree surgery on our maple tree in the front yard. [redacted] started to top our tree on 9/4/14 but did not complete the work. Four days later he came and removed some but not all of the limbs that had been cut. In the mean time [redacted] started working on our neighbor's tree and borrowed a wrench and socket tool for his chain saw to perform his work. [redacted] left without returning my tools, without completing the contracted tree removal or clean up for my neighbor. My wife and I have called [redacted] on his business and cell phone on four occasions leaving messages. [redacted] has not returned the calls or returned to complete the contracted work. Because of the promise of the work being completed on the day of the contract, we paid in full.Desired Settlement: Since the bond of trust has been broken between [redacted] and my wife and myself, we no longer desire to have [redacted] on our property or work on our trees. We request the return of the borrowed tools and full refund of the money paid.
