I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
I am not happy either. I did call after the first time my assistant called and they did tell me that that lady was on vacation, but she would leave a note for [redacted] to call me and see if he could get the reports together for me. [redacted] did not call me. They did not tell my assistant that they would not send her the info until the second time that she called and spoke with the person that came back from vacation. That person told her that she would verify who she was by calling me directly. I never received a call, email, text or fax. My assistant then called back again and she was told that they did call me and could not get a hold of me. Once again I did not receive any calls from them. I have been a patient at this facility for over 7 years and have never been treated so rudely and I have never had a problem getting my records before for my taxes. Never! This office is consistently changing office employees. For six years I have been able to get my records for my taxes without one problem until now. I do not understand how this is. The rudeness and contempt in their response says a lot, and the fact that there has been no apology. I did have to file my taxes without this deduction which is now going to be a problem for me. I would never allow my employees to treat my customers in this manor. I have paid a lot of money to this business, out-of-pocket, no insurance. You would think with just that as customer, you would be treated a little bit better.

All dental info requests must be submitted by the patient3. We explained to the pr n to the " assistant" three times. 1 2 3 that the employee who...
could help them was on vacation but upon her return she would help the patientNot really sure why they never understood after three clear slow explanations Regardless our employee returned n took care of this issueFinally paTients need to understand we cannot stop what we are doing to print out reports or answer the same question at their whim. And if they need sonething they should plan way ahead instead of demanding it immediTelyObviously. Im not happy about thissituation
