They are refusing to repair or replace our damaged couch and chair after we purchased it new from them with an extended warrantyTheir claims representative was very sneaky over the telephone and got my wife to say that the damages occurred over time and therefore the Woodstock furniture outlet did not have to honor the extended warrantyOF COURSE THE DAMAGES OCCURRED OVER TIME

I found the ideal bed frame from the manufacturer and they recommended Woodstock Furniture Outlet Went back and forth with them to purchase The day of the delivery, my address on the order was wrong the delivery people rushed dropping the bed frame nicking my wood floors, hitting my newly painted walls Assembled the bed crooked and had to ask to straightenIn a hurry, the screws to hold down wood platform onto the frame sunk into the side panels and the board pops up Very sloppy work for the price paid Sent word to sales person who dismissed and did not reply Will not consider using again

I bought a sofa from Woodstock OutletI had a problem with the recliner on the sofaIt is electrical and would not work at timesI called Woodstock Outlet and they came out and took the motor out of the recliner and left it in a halfwpositionThey said they would contact meAfter about a month, I contacted them and ask what was the problem that I thought I would hear from themThe lady said they just got approval to fix the reclinerThe contract for protection on the sofa clearly states that any electrical problems would be coveredThen she said it would take another to weeks to get the part in houseThis means my sofa in the half-way up position will stay that way for to monthsI find this totally unacceptable and feel it is a scam on their part for a contract that they are dragging their feet onAny help would be greatly appreciated! ** ***

Simple story we called in warranty company they use they choose not to fix all the problems with the furniture and the store says they can't force themThe store says they can give the warranty money backI want the furniture fixed we bought completely feeling confident with the warranty and how one day it would be helpful not "too bad so sad"

I went to the Dallas, Ga on September 24th to buy a living room suitApplied for financing and they said they could have it shipped to me on October 4thSince the finance company was closed on weekends they said they would call me on that MondayThey didn't call me until September 29th to let me know I was approved and lost my order to another customerI come in that afternoon to sign my paperwork, but it was wrongThey submitted the papers for a loan for $more than the total cost of my furnitureSince the paperwork was wrong they told me they would resubmit correctly and it would be ready the next daySince I was going out of town I told them I couldn't sign the papers until October 3rdSo I comeback the day I said I would be back and nothing was changedIt paperwork was still wrongAt that point I had enoughSome guy insulted me by offering me a $gift certificate and said "I could buy my wife a lamp"I then said, "Do you even have a $lamp." They knew the finance
