they replaced our roof and gutters after a hail storm. they handled all the insurance side of it and met with our adjuster. they were very professional and complete the work in a timely manner. we would gladly hire them to do work again.

My experiences with [redacted] at RMZ during a recent project involved roofing, fascia, soffit, siding, gutters and downspouts. While It is to be expected that professionals in these trades should understand their materials and methods, I found it satisfying to also find this man very willing to address my questions about how and why some things were to be done. It is worth mentioning that [redacted] crews were equally professional. On the roof, I was particularly happy with step flashing workmanship around my chimney. [redacted], who did our siding, fascia and soffits, worked alone very effiiently. He was particularly neat about detail work like caulking around pipes, etc., and quickly addressed a couple of small issues I pointed out. Gutter guys were extremely friendly, and made a point of asking me to walk around the project before staring so they could be sure which way I wanted downspouts directed, how far to extend from the house, etc. Everybody involved did a nice job of cleaning up before leaving. I would not hesitate to call [redacted] again.

We were super pleased with the crew and the work that was performed. Nate from RMZ (he did the bid for the job) was there all day. He did most of the work up in our attic and at the same time monitored the crew working on the roof. We really felt he was very on top of the job and was watching to make sure the quality of the work was maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and also Nate. We loved working with him. They might not have been the lowest bid, but felt the problems he found and the work performed was probably superior to the other "do it in one day or it is free" companies. Great job by all.

RMZ did a great job when they did my roof and gutters. They completed it in just one day and were very professional. Nate was very honest and informative. The whole process was exactly as he said. He even made sure to check out my attic for ventilation issues. He found that my vents were clogged and fixed that as well. Ralph was great as well. Once they were done, the yard was cleaned up real good and you couldn't even tell that they were there other than the new look. I am going to be using them next year when I get my siding done as well.

I just had my roof done by RMZ and the experience was wonderful!!! They were very helpful from the beginning. They actually got the entire roof done in one day and I didn't even have to be there. I went to work with an old roof and I came home to a new one. A+++
