There are 23 days from July 7th 8 am (when I dropped my car off) until July 31st 5 pm when I picked it up.
Why did you tell me to drop the car off at July 7th at 8 am if you knew you would not be able to look at it until 4 days later, which you confirmed in your letter?
Before I dropped my car off, your employee said that getting parts for Toyota takes only about a day or two because Toyota Warehouse is in Portland, OR - just 3 hours drive away.
I chose to have high deductible and insurance with fewer benefits to keep my premium manageable because I have my teen son on my policy, who actually was in the accident with my car.
If my insurance approved additional charges on 13th and car went in for repairs on 21st, does that mean it took 9 days to get the parts? From Portland. The complaint is not about me not having rental car, the issue was about you lying and treating me with little respect.
I tell everyone at work, [redacted], how not to take their vehicles there, when one of co-workers was soliciting advice for repair shops via company-wide e-mail. I received several thank yous from co-workers who were considering taking their cars there and I am glad they did not need to go through this.Sincerely,[redacted]
