The property office attempted to call Ms. [redacted] yesterday to advise her of the decision, they were unable to reach her however left a message needing to confirm her address for the refund. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However there was only one call from PK Property Management yesterday which I answered and spoke to ***She started they would send refund in a week to the address listed yesterday to the address I put on the applicationIn any case thanks for your help in getting this resolved

Ms. [redacted] cancelled her application verbally by phone on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 two weeks after...
the attached was signed and well after the 72 hours requirement specified. Due to fair housing policies and procedures we are unable to refund the deposit.
