In July of at an UPW event ticket gifted to me, I signed up for the Mastery University with Tony Robbins of Robbins Research InternationalI paid a deposit of $995, then signed up for the Momentum plan which consists of a total payment of $10,plus interest and subject to credit approvalI was approved at the Diamond levelEquitable Acceptance was the third-party financing company who supplied Robbins Research International with the remaining $in funds so that I could attend these eventsFast-forward to April when I realize that my account "event credits" do not match what Equitable Acceptance paid to Robbins Research and I am wondering if I have to pay the full amount for these events to Equitable Acceptance before I can attend the seminarsMy account representative Benjamin Kral told me I had to contact Equitable Acceptance in regards to my "contract" with themI then contacted Equitable Acceptance they assured me that Robbins Research has been paid $To this point I have a paper contract from Robbins Research International, Incwhich does not state that if a third-party financing company is used that Robbins Research will not honor the proper amount of Event Credits until the funds are paid to Equitable Acceptance firstI then contact Benjamin Kral again, he tells me that something (no specifics) in regards to my income placed me in the Gold plan not the Diamond I was originally toldThis meant according to Benjamin Kral that I would not be able to attend until my "event credits" matched my payments to Equitable AcceptanceAlso if I needed to rescind my registration I would potentially be paying a fee of $250-$I then researched my email for some type of contract that explains this to me, I did not find oneI contacted Christina Tattersall who enrolled me in the Momentum payment plan, she said she doubted there was anything she could do at this point after I told her I had not seen her email in regards to verifying my incomeNonetheless a payment was already made to Robbins Research for these eventsSince July my payments have been made on time, in MORE THAN the amount requested and at an interest rate of 17.99% APRThe interest amount on this loan was $140/month with the total payment being $290.70, and me paying on average $300/monthRobbins Research to this point has been paid for the product/service I expect to be available to me now and are refusing to honor thisSince I have already registered for events, bought plane tickets, purchased a hotel room and arranged care for my children it would be my expectation that I will be able to attend the event and continue to make payments to the third-party financing company until the funds are paidIf Robbins Research has been paid and I am making payments to Equitable Acceptance why have I not received the product/service? Also why would I be paying $140/interest a month for something I am not allowed to receive? I was signed up for the UPW seminar in West Palm Beach location on March 12th by a sales representative [redacted] HurjaI had spoken with him in the past and still was hesitant about signing up for the workshop, so I explained to him that I was an advanced student since I had been following Robbins' work online as well as through special coach training courses or home-training courses for quite a few years and asked him not to sign me up if he wasn't sure someone like me could benefit from the program fully to make the $ investment worthwhileHe responded that he "guaranteed 100%"The workshop left me very disappointed (too basic and with almost no value to me) and after finally getting [redacted] to speak to me, he promised to give me access to some of the online productsI was satisfied with the dealBut after discovering that the library he shared contained missing links, videos found on YouTube, and "access denied" messages, I contacted [redacted] for explanation, but no answersHe promised

To the RevDex.com of San Diego: This letter is in response to your letter dated February 23, 2016, and March 16, 2016 regarding the above- referenced case. This letter is to inform the RevDex.com (“BBB”) that we addressed the issue directly with the client, and... to notify you as to how we responded and how this matter was handled.First, the primary reason for the length of time for the response was because our customer service team had gone back to the client several times to work out what we considered a fair resolution of the matter. It was only after going back and for the several times, and being able to fully investigate the background of the matter that we were able to finally fully resolve this matter, which happened on March 23, 2016. To give a brief background of this matter, the Client purchased our Mastery University program in October 2015, and at the time paid the entire amount of $9,995 on two different credit cards. She initially cancelled the entire Mastery University course within the 72 hour window, but in its place desired to sign up for the Date with Destiny program at a lower overall price ($3,995). The written contract that she signed for the Mastery University program clearly stated that any cancellation outside the 72 hour window would result in a liquidated damages of the $1,995 deposit amount. The $3,995 of her initial payment was then applied to her Date with Destiny program, and the balance of her Mastery University payment was then refunded to her at that time. Sometime after that, the client had spoke to her representative and indicated that she would also not be able to attend the Date with Destiny program and asked about receiving her refund. Prior to that, it is not entirely clear as to what was said between the client and the representatives as to how much of a refund the client could receive, because the accounts differ. But it was at that point that the client was seeking the refund for the $1,995 as well. Initially, after investigating the matter, we refunded the client $1,000, on March 17, 2016. A far as the other remaining balance, we communicated with the client on a couple of different occasions, offering her other alternatives rather than a full cash refund. She was not satisfied with these other alternatives, and we are in the process of refunding the client the full amount of her balance, including the $1,995 that would normally not be refunded as liquidated damages, and of which we contractually are entitled to retain. It is our policy that the customer’s needs are what come first, and we will do everything in our power to satisfy our customers. In this case with this complainant, we believe we have done that by refunding thecustomer immediately of the full amount.
