Review: My son visited this doctor in May of 2012. I received a bill shortly after and paid it. For two years now I am receiving past due notices. After the first two bills I called the office and sent PROOF OF PAYMENT. The notices have continued. I have advised them that if I continue to receive these bills I will call the Revdex.com. Each time I call they request AGAIN that I send proof of payment. I am sorry but I don't have time to retrieve old data EVERY month just because they can't get their billing system correct. Two years and they still send me bills - what more can I do????!!!!Desired Settlement: I want a bill showing a ZERO balance due.

My billing is is done by an outside billing service [redacted]) and I was unaware of any problems until I received your letter on 3/12/14. I spoke with [redacted] on 3/13/14 and I told her that the account would be a zero balance and I instructed the billing service to do this.
