Today,09/24/2014, we received our Jeep Cherokee SUV back from the repair shop business
( Robert's Automotive).
We paid the small remaining cash due balance of $to the business, bringing the balance owed to Zero
We are happy to have received our vehicle after quit some time at the repair shopWe sincerely feel sad that we were compelled to have to file a complaint, we do not wish the Business any harm or discomfort
In fact, we are wishing the owner (Robert) and his mechanic (***) the very best , and perhaps a few lessons have been gleamed through this unfortunate business experience
Hopefully, they will benefit from this complaint experience and the end result will be better customer service and improved work performanceThat is the end result we hope will occur
We are asking that our complaint , No# *** be updated to the status of (Resolved) and the complaint be closed out, no further follow up requested from us, the complainants/Customers
