Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowI am not at all satisfied with the response from the business, I just don't want them to continue to take advantage of people in such hard times, they are very pushy and don't like to take no for an answer, they make promises and guarantees that I don't think they can hold up, and before even coming to look at the problem we have they are already telling us that it's our fault/problem and it will cost more money, how can they determine that before looking? Not sure how that works, and he is just assuming that we never returned until June, but he really has no idea what he is stating If you see in my email to him, I was here off and on from February through May and we returned at the end of May, he is just assuming we got back in June because I said we've only been back for a week, but in all reality that's when I got a chance to even call for the first time As far as him responding right away, another statement that is false, if you can see on the email, I first emailed on June after calling multiple times [redacted]

I am responding to complaint # [redacted] filed on 6/11/I have responded to the customers complaint as demonstrated in the enclosed copy of an email I sent to her the same day she filed the complaintWe try to treat each customer fairly and respectfullyLandscaping has it’s challenges, like all businessesWhen we plant grass for customers, we always make it clear to them that it is imperative to water a new lawn frequentlyWe did so with Ms [redacted] as wellWe installed her lawn in June of There were heavy rains soon thereafter and there was some washout that occurredPart of the problem was due to drainage work we had done that was not as effective as anticipatedWe went and made repairs at no cost to the customerMs [redacted] had indicated to us that she was having a party in the fall of and was hopeful that the grass would grow in by thenI assured her that with proper watering that the grass would in fact grow by thenI again heard from Ms [redacted] in the fall of when she sent a bill for some repair work on a fence that was damaged during our work processI promptly paid the billShe did not indicate at that time (again with her party either looming or already gone by) that she was unhappy with the progress of the lawnIt is a common practice to rake fertilize and water a lawn in the spring timeThis year in particular was dry in VermontThe was no significant rain until juneThis is the reason I explained to the that her lawn may not be doing wellIf I’m not mistaken, I believe that Ms [redacted] did not arrive at her house until early June from F*daAs you can see from my response to her on June 11, 2015, I was willing to take a look at her situation and described what I thought may be neededI am dismayed by her knee jerk reaction of filing a claim against our company when we have only treated her with respect and have responded quickly to her previous needsThe fact that she has filed this claim in spite of that lessons our desire to interact with her on any level

I feel that this is going no where, I have not yet "Bad mouthed" this company to anyone besides putting in a complaint to the Revdex.com, so that statement is just childish, he not feeling comfortable sending his guys here that's too funny, he did email me saying what he would do and I was not around and did not have access to my email, so I did not get it right away due to the holiday, not that I need to explain that to him or anyone, and once I got the email I responded by just saying "Thank You", nothing more. I was happy with what he said he was going to do, but now he is taking that back, I don't know why and he had no reason to withdraw what he said he was going to do, so I don't know what to say to that...The amount he put on there, is correct for one payment that I made to them, but not all in total, he keeps saying that they returned and did work for free, not true, not sure if they came and did something when no one was around and they didn't say anything but I'm pretty confident in saying that never happened. The list of work that he is saying they did, partly true partly not, he is saying they did a lot more than what they really did, they did not do any boulder placing out back by a fire pit, that was all there before they ever came here, the back lawn being large, a lot smaller than the frontI just feel that again he tells me one thing and is trying to do another, not sure why and he should stop "Bad Mouthing" me because I have yet to do that to his company and as far as me being one of those people that " You just can't make happy" another statement that is untrue. If he would have just stood by his word to begin with, none of this would have even been an issue, so to prove my point he is now stating another thing that he said and is not going to complete. So I feel that my complaints are legit and now I have it in black and white, so he can not deny it this time

I have reviewed the customer rebuttalMs *** claims in her first complaint that she spent $12,On her project which is true but that was the project in entiretyWhich included a large cobblestone edged garden, drainage work front of the house, tree and boulder removal in back yard, large lawn back yard, installing boulders and decorative stone around a fire pitWe also removed a large pile of boulders left over from the construction of the house site work We had issues with significant rainfall that washed away some topsoilThe drainage we had put in was not working as expected so we made some modifications and repairs at no cost to the customerIn addition we installed washed away topsoil and did so at a reduced rate to Ms ***I am trying to demonstrate that we took the best approach we could in order to provide good serviceI did indicate to Ms *** that all grass new and old needs to be fertilized and weed controlled in order to flourishThis is true of all grassAs well it is necessary to water grass during dry periodsWe had very dry spring and are now having a very wet summer, both of which do not bode well for a young lawnAll creatures, plants, trees grass need time to mature to their full potentialA little TLC is needed in order for that to happen to all things has been my life experienceMs *** lawn is no differentI did tell her it would look beautiful but I didn’t say it would happen without some effort on her partI did not include future fertilization or watering in my invoice to Ms ***I did go the the site to check the degree of distress her lawn was experiencingI have included a copy of a photo taken June 29, I sent an email to Ms *** on that same day indicating that I had been there and what I was willing to doI have not received a reply as of today, July 2, It is my feeling that no matter what I do for Ms *** that it will not be enough and that she would continue to bad mouth my company regardlessI suggest that she fertilize her lawn according to industry standards based on time of seasonI suggest that she waters her lawn during dry spellsI also suggest she find someone else to help her figure it out at this pointThere is too much animosity between us at this point that I am not comfortable sending my men to her property to do any workYou just can’t please some people and to me, Ms *** is one of those people
