I am rejecting this response because:
The business was incorrect about the amount of time my vehicle was spent at their shopIt was there daily in the same shop not being worked onI only picked it up from work once I took it back completelyAs far as the discussion the took place at my work, it was not a fair and complete response because I was in a work environmentI can not discuss personal matters completely over the counter while on the clock working for the bankThe business did not discuss a refund with me for any matterThe business did not fix any part on my vehicle and till this day the vehicle still does not run correct since I picked it up from their shopI requested a refund due to the fact my vehicle was in worse condition it was than when I dropped it off And the promises for it to be fixed were brokenI paid $in cash for uncompleted work and a loss of time without a vehicle.

I wish to address the customers complaints categorically according to his complaint
The customer stated that they were without a vehicle for months, this is untrueThe vehicle was here from December 22, to December 24, Other than that when he would bring his vehicle by it was always on a wait or he would drop it off on his way to work and pick it up on his way homeThe customers workplace is about a half mile from the shopA Transmission flush which includes new transmission fluid, filter, and transmission fluid pan gasket was performedUpon completion of this service it was found the detent cable was not at fault so it was recommended that this procedure not be done at this timeHowever it was noted to the customer at this time that the majority of his drivability complaint was due to engine tuningIt was recommended that the customer do a complete tune up including spark plug and wires as well as setting the specs which includes checking the timing and spark advanceThis was the secondary cause of his vehicle not running and shifting correctlyCustomer stated he wanted to do the tune up himself, he was allowed to use our tools and parking lot to tune up his vehicleHe also was given help at no charge to help him adjust his timing and verify correct installation of tune up partsHe was also informed that since the detent cable was not replace he is eligible for a partial refundCustomer stated that he needed a wheel bearing so he said to wait on refund and when he brought vehicle in for a quote on the wheel bearing we could discuss his refund and possibly credit it to this other work he wanted doneCustomer never came in to discuss refund or other workCustomer works at a bank that I use for my business, when I saw him there last I asked if everything was ok and why he hadn't been byCustomer stated he was selling the vehicle, it was a project car and he doesn't have the time or money to deal with itHe said that he had no problems with me or my businessI have not heard from him sinceI am fine with discussing a partial refund for the detent cable but other than that I feel that this customer was

Review: I purchased a car from B[redacted], owner of, Rock Solid Auto in Morro Bay, Ca. He told me only the rear had been damaged and was repaired. About one week after I had the car there were noises in the front of the car and vibration in the steering wheel and drivers seat. I went to talk to him 3 times. He told me I could get the car fixed or get a refund. I told him I wanted a refund, because he lied about the car. I went to an auto body shop and a garage. They confirmed all the damage was in the front and left front side, and I have documented proof. They told me parts are missing and some parts are not put on right. There is also a very loud noise every time I open the driver's door. The noises in the front of the car are getting worse every day. I was told by one mechanic not to drive the car much, but I have to. I did a lot of investigation and found out he charged three times what other auto brokers charge. Also, he charged me about $4,000 more than he should have. And then he wanted me to give him another $250. I have left many messages and texts and he always says I'l call you back, but he usually does not. also, there is a question about odometer reading. I got a phony bill of sale. I had to go to him 2 times to get a correct bill of sale. I have been more than patient. I have been waiting about 2 months for my refund of $12,750.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded, $12,750. There was fraud and also, my health has been affected by this stress. I am a senior citizen, on a very low income and gave all my inheritance money to Bob Parks.

Review: I took my car to get repaired because my car would not shift into forth and fifth gear. When I took my car there I spoke with [redacted] and he said my transmission needed to be flushed and my detent cable need to be replaced. [redacted] said he would be able to fix these issues within about a 3 day time period and it would cost me $500. I agreed to leave my car there and let him work on it because I needed it to be fixed as soon as possible. I use my car for work daily and needed it to be done within those 3 days as [redacted] said it would be. I left my car there at the beginning of December and was unsatisfied that [redacted] would call me daily and let me know the car was not yet fixed. This issue went on for two months and did not have a car to use. I would stop by the shop and [redacted] would never be there and drove by every day and my car would be in the exact same spot as it was before. I could not be without a car any longer and had no choice but to pick up my car although it was not fixed. [redacted] had me pay him $500 cash with no receipt and did not take down my cars information and when I drove it home it was in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. I stopped by a Repair shop two stores away and they informed me [redacted] had his licensed revoked and the license is under the daughters name,C[redacted]. I was unaware [redacted] did not have a license and he made my vehicle worse and it will cost me more to fix now. He would not return my phone calls and refused a refund. He should not be legally working in a shop and fixing cars.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund for the $500.00 I had to pay to get my vehicle fixed. It cost me more to have my car sitting in his shop for two months while I had to pay for rides to work daily. In the end it is going to cost me more to fix my car now that my car does not run correct and still does not shift into forth and fifth gear. My car is barley running now since I picked it up from B**.
