Review: Ordered a disc back in September and never received it. I emailed them 3 times about it with not one response. I also emailed their parent company with no response. AND I also talked to somebody at the parent company who said he would find out what happened and email me back. Never happened.Desired Settlement: I was charged for my order. I want my order.

Review: Purchased 3 CD disc set of Bad Company 40th Anniversary Tour at DTEMusic Theater, Clarkston, MI on 7/**/13. Package was supposed to contain first half of concert on disc one, second half on disc two and an interview on bonus disc. Our package did not include first half of concert, but a duplicate interview. Numerous complaints were sent by us by phone on 7/**/13; e-mails 7/**/13, 8/*/13 ,9/*/13 more phone calls within the last two weeks and numerous complaints on [redacted]. See [redacted] for complaints from MANY other customers. After calling another venue where this company DiscLive was selling more merchandise, we received a phone response on 7/**/13 from BAX (as he identified himself) ###-###-#### and e-mail address [redacted] ,and we were promised the merchandise to be sent out ASAP. To date we have not received the merchandise we paid for.Desired Settlement: We just want what we paid for. We are still waiting for the first half of this concert on disc one. This company continues to ignore our request.

After many trials and tribulations, DiscLive delivered the merchandise as promised. We are satisfied that the complaint has been resolved. Thank you.
