You are contradicting yourself by saying I quoted you $87.50, then in the end of your paragraph saying it is bad business not to quote a price before coming out. The Tarrant County District Attorney's office has the check, as of this morning and will take it from here. Thank you.

Untrue,  filter grids were replaced last summer.   The filter cleaning was 80sh dollars and the service 135.   The quote was given with a 10% off special through Thumbtack.   My check was for 207 dollars.    They did NOT clean out the pool they merely cleaned the grids.    It was over a week later that they made it back out to reclean them and re add the DE.  They never cleaned the pool or added chemicals.

I was quoted 87.50, not 600.00. I'm looking forward to seeing you in court.

The initial call was for a one time clean and also a filter clean. Mrs. [redacted]'s pool was full of leaves, and very much like a swamp. Her filter pressure was above 32. Normal filter pressure should be between 10 and 15. We got the pool cleaned and cleared, as well as filter cleaned, and pressure down...

to 28. She called us the next day and said her pressure was still at 28 pounds. We went back out did another filter clean, as well as blew out all lines to be sure there was no Xbox ligs anywhere. We  brought the pressure down to 26 pounds and told her we couldn't get it any lower than that due to the filter grids needing to be replaced. She said the grids were not to be replced, and normally stay 26. We let her know there was nothing further we could do until she gets grids replaced. She did request monthly service, but we could not provide the service because of the situation with her filter. She was never charged for monthly service. Ms. [redacted] was charged for her one time clean and filter clean only. Besides, our monthly service is $135 per month. She was never quoted for pool service because we told her from the time we initially went out that if she couldnt get pressures down, it would be impossible to clean the pool due to trash blowing back into pool. This issue boils down to the custmer not wanting to do the repair necessary to make the pool function correctly.

The customer was outside while the techs were there and knew everything going on. My tech is a certified scuba diver and dives pools, but there is no neex to dive a spa. So yes, waders were used and epoxy was used. We do not use putty. There were leaks, they were fixed and we have never had anything like this happen in our business. We recieved notification from our bank that the payment by check that Ms. [redacted] gave us for services was returned. So, in essence, she has not paid for the services she is complaining about.I offered to fix anything we worked on that was leaking. But, as of now, I am out my money for the job, as well as fees my bank has charged for her returned check, and fees for filing the check with the DA. I will not work for free and should not be expected to. And its false that she was quoted 80 something dollars. Our service calls alone are 97.50.

The customer's initial request came in on Friday 12/11/15 at 3:11 pm. Her request was for a repair of a leak in her hot tub. My technician went out and met with Ms. [redacted] on Monday 12/14/15. It is protocol that when we go out for a leak in a pool or spa that the only way we can guarantee the work...

is if there is a leak detection; to insure that all leaks are found and that there will not become further issues from "guessing" where the leak is. The technician told her that he would be performing a leak detection, which Ms. [redacted] agreed to do. The leak detection was performed and an additional leak was found. The leaks were fixed. Ms. [redacted] was given the price and breakdown of the service, she paid by check, and the technician left the home. An hour or so later, I recieved a text from Ms. [redacted] stating that I had taken advantage of her children and taken away from them. She went on to send pictures of her children, whom I was told afterwards are ill. Iproceeded to tell her that I run a business, and just like every other business, there are set charges and fees. I went on to tell her that the technician gave her a discount on the leak detection, because she had complained about another company that she recieved a quote from that wanted to charge her $400 just for the service call. My technician also schooled her and showed her general operation and troubleshooting advice on her hot tub, which we call Spa School(and normally charge $99 for). He didn't charge her for this.  I recieved a text from Ms. [redacted] again today, Tuesday 12/15/15 stating that there was another leak, and that she was reporting me to the Revdex.com. I sent her a message and asked her to call me. She never did, but did message me with a video of the leak. I sent her a message saying that I was very sorry that she was unhappy, and that there was another leak. I offered to have a technician come back out and check to see if the leaks we fixed were the ones again leaking. If so, I would stand up to my guarantee to fix them. I work very hard for my business and to keep my reputation spot free. Again, I am very sorry she was unhappy, but she never voiced it until after the technician left the job. I again stand by my guarantee to fix anything we worked on before that may be loeaking again.
