Review: He charged us $35.00 more an hour for labor than his posted sign.Desired Settlement: We want to be charged the posted rate. He has price gouged us on the whole invoice. $837.00 in labor to change the oil and radiator hoses on a diesel pick-up truck.

Customer complaint is that my pricing for Trucks is not posted, however it

is posted and the driver from [redacted] has knowledge of the hourly rate.

We here at rockland car car has spent many hours on this vehicle, the driver

came in and was unable to start the truck. I advised him at the time what

was wrong, and he told me to repair the vehicle because he had to get home.

He sat here for the entire day while we were working on the truck, in the

meantime I contacted [redacted] and faxed over an estimate of repairs

needed. We were given a PO [redacted], to do the repair and we were

told my them to also do a oil change. A week later the fleet did not want

to pay this bill and air gas had to pay bill.
