Review: air conditioning went out in vehicle and it was 90+ degrees / vehicle was advertised as fitting 12 people comfortably / vehicle fit about 8, where 2 people were forced to sit on the floor of the limousine, causing a safety issue / driver was almost an hour late to pick up / alternator went out during ride, causing yet another safety issue / i've left several messages w/ the "manager" about a refund and am yet to hear back / the company only answers the phone every other attemptDesired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund, as the services promised were not the ones delivered / I felt unsafe during the entire ride / the customer service is beyond inadequate, as i'm yet to hear from the manager
