There's problems with this complaint:1) This customer did not purchase anything from the business "Rockstar Web Marketing"He purchased consulting services directly and did not have a website built Rockstar Web Marketing builds websites for businesses in IdahoThis customer is located in another state.2) This customer has already filed a chargeback with his credit card company and has recovered his moneyIt was debited from our account several weeks agoNow he's requesting another refund from usThis is fraud.We consider this matter closed for the above reasonsCan this please be closed?See attached screenshot from [redacted] regarding the chargeback [redacted] filed.Thanks!

I opened a request for a charge back with *** credit but as you can see it was deniedThe screenshot MrLee provided is another part of the fraud that he is perpetratingIt only indicated that the chargeback claim was intiated not that it was completed. The credit card company claims he showed evidence he provided me his service but he has notThis latest is just another part of his scamI know of many others he has scammed as well.He told me on the phone he has no money in the account in question and that is the reason he cannot refund me - so he is telling you a different story
