I have witness's that were in his office with me & heard him tell me that he was not giving me any of my money back when I tried to return the truckPlease note that I also attached a copy of the contract between myself & x treme mechanics
So no, this is not a done deal or closed case until I receive my down payment backMy attorney is working on the paperwork for submission to small claims court unless the merchant comes to an agreement
