property manager in this project have expressed their concerns about the lost rent and delays in the project, which we have addressed. I apologize for not reaching a resolve with them sooner, as I thought this had been handled by our team. Below I give my assessment and my offer for settlement:There are 2 important things here to note:1) No time frame for completion of this project was given, nor is it written in a contract. Projects such as this can take several months to complete, assuming all goes well in the project.Due to the number of unknown variables such as insurance approvals, scheduling of tenants, and procurement of materials,  no guarantees for completion time and date were given.2) There were delays in this project that were outside of RMR control. Our team had multiple issues scheduling with the tenant, which resulted in delays in the project. RMR also lost time awaiting for the insurance carrier to review supplemental estimates, which caused delays in the project.Based on my review of the file, there was some time lost due to a breakdown with the countertop vendor. This breakdown could have been avoided by RMR if another vendor had been selected. RMR canceled the countertop order with the vendor originally hired to do the work, and brought in another vendor that was able to complete the project timely. That being the case, I estimate that 2-4 weeks were lost on the project for this delay, which I feel could have been avoided. Based on the delay mentioned with the countertops, I will authorize a credit for the amount equal to 1 months rent for the unit, assuming that the rent is fair and reasonable based on market conditions. This credit will only be extended under 2 conditions:1) payment is made in full to RMR for all work completed (minus the credit)2) RMR receives a sign off on the "Certificate of Completion" acknowledging acceptance of the completed project.As of today the final punch list was completed and the repairs should be 100% complete in that unit. It is my intent to resolve this complaint and close out this file so that our customer can put this behind them. I again apologize for the headaches experiences by our customer and their property manager, and hope to resolve this issue promptly.Respectfully,Adam W[redacted]

This company, but especially Dillon and Jaren, were extremely helpful with my emergent water removal needs. They were efficient, friendly, and professional in a stressful time for me.

We had a leak under our sink for which our plumber came and repaired. Upon further checking we had more damage than originally thought. We contacted Rocky Mountain Restoration, after our plumber referred them to us. We were VERY satisfied with them. The guys came and set up all the equipment, explained what was going to happen. They cleaned up any mess they made(very minimal). Very professional. We had to have an abatement team come in as they found asbestos-that team was awesome as well! Everyone was VERY professional, very clean and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Rocky Mt. Restoration again and will refer them to anyone in need. Thank you guys!

Rocky Mountain Restoration was and is a top notch organization. They came into my home with a smile at a time that I really needed it! My home seemed to be doomed, along with priceless memories. But not only did RMR restore my home and make it even better than before, but they restored a families heart. I give Rocky Mountain my highest recommendation!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLC. My house experienced a water-leak that damaged some drywall located in the ceiling. After contacting Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLC, both Dillon Hansford and Dylan Miller on behalf of Rocky Mountain Restoration quickly visited and inspected my residence. They provided a thorough inspection and explained the extent of the damage, which thankfully was minimal. I was genuinely impressed with their honesty in conducting their evaluation. Often times a business will push an unnecessary service or repair, even an appearance fee to do a walkthrough/inspection. This was not the case with Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLC and for this they have a lifelong loyal customer. Dillon and Dylan are consummate professionals and Rocky Mountain Restoration, LLC is exceptional! I will use and refer their services in the future to anybody and everybody I know who experience an unfortunate situation such as mine. If ever I was in a situation where I needed restoration I know I would be in safe hands with this company.

Rocky Mountain Restoration came within 2 hours of calling. Our drainage pipe for the kitchen sink leaked at the exterior clean out and our plumber suggested to have it tested for mold. Ryan and Dillion tested inside our kitchen cabinets for moisture and also probed into the drywall. Luckily, we discovered the leak early enough that no interior moisture was discovered.

Since we had to break out the block wall to get to the pipes, we will need to have block restoration done which their company does.

Ryan and Dillion were very courteous, professional and answered all are questions!
