Review: Dentist billed [redacted] for all my work needed, instead of the work they completed. It was explained that they would bill as work was done. By them billing the entire amount bought my credit score down 14 points. I explained this to them and they said "no they did not." I had my bill from [redacted] and really didn't get much of an explaination. According to my dental planned they were also over charging me as well. I have since received a letter that they r no longer my dentist. And they issued a credit for work not completed to [redacted]. I requested a complete copy of my file: dentist notes, X-rays, detail billing/credit, warranty, contract with [redacted]. I only received my X-rays and a short summary of billing with a lump sum credit. I still feel like the credit issued does not cover all it should, is why I requested it. I have also reported and having the insurance carrier do a investigation into this dentist. I plan on contacting the state dental board with my complaints, others regarding work done. Next time I will look on Yelp for comments, others had similar issues enough that I would of not gone there.Desired Settlement: There were actually more than one optional for me. I would like my credit report commented on that it was an error on the dentist for my amount to b above 60% of my credit used. I need a detail billing/credit of my the charges due to over charging and feel my credit does not reflect the right amount.
