I have bought a [redacted] saw, but then when I tried to return it, they wouldn't accept back.Desired SettlementI would like the $200.00Business Response In response to the claim number XXXXXX.The customers came into the store to get a refund on a [redacted] chop saw.Here is the issue.....the customer did not purchase this saw from us. This was a special edition saw from [redacted] (that we do not sell)....and it was given to Rocky's for a [redacted] Fathers Day Raffle Prize.[redacted] gave one of these saws to each of our stores to give away in a Fathers Day [redacted] Raffle.The customer that is trying to return the item, is the same customer that Won the saw during the Fathers Day raffle in our Worcester store.He came into the store and gave us his name and address to pick up the saw as his [redacted] Raffle prize.Now the customer wants to return the raffle prize for money.This is not a saw that we sell, and this saw was given to us by [redacted] for the raffle only.If you have any questions, please let me know.XXX-XXX-XXXXThank you[redacted]
