A copy of Ms. [redacted] invoice is attached.
The Cello strings were ordered for her on 01/013/15 (same day she placed order) we received them (01/19/15) within a week as promised. Not sure why she did not...
pick them up. They are still available for pick up.We were snowed in the Smokey Mountains when she called (She was told this) the week of Feb. 16th-19th. So I told her that my SON [redacted] could meet her after he got off work (another location in Albany) and give her the strings she ordered. She demanded a refund, which he could not do and refused to meet with him.
My only other option was for her to wait until I returned (Friday 02/20/15 ) and she could pick them up or I could send them to her.
Her receipt clearly states no refunds. I don't think I should return money on product that she special ordered. She had over a month to pick it up before we went on our weekend trip that turned into a few days by an act of God.
I still need to know, is she going to pick them up or should I mail them to her?
She is always welcome to visit our store. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding.

Upon reviewing the owner's gracious offer to mail me the items in question, (as soon as "Humanly" possible)I will accept delivery at the address provided on the owner's receipt at the time of my cash purchase. I must repeat that for personal safety issues I am NOT willing to meet either the owner or his son "Junior" after hours. The delivery must be CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT, in order to confirm and close both the delinquent obligation and this complaint no later than the close of business Friday, February 27th, 2015. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. The reference number is attached on previous correspondence.
