I purchased what was advertised as a two week old used Decor Oven at BAC - model - that did not meet the first customer's needs
The oven that was installed was from BAC showroom demo kitchen and was last manufactured in
The documentation supplied by BAC fraudulantly identified the oven and warranty as a model - which I learned when I contacted the manufacturer
Model numbers from the oven and the paperwork do not match
I feel I was lied to and defrauded

We remodeled our kitchen years ago We bought appliances from BAC from various manufacturers We have now had to have a service repair call on of the appliances and one of those we had to replace in its entirety This was not a very positive experience The first three service calls were under warranty, but BAC was no help As a matter of fact they refused to act on one of the appliances until we got the cabinet maker (who insisted we use BAC) involved This has not been a very positive experience

Bought a $dishwasher from them, well the install came out after years, called them for help to setup an appt to get it fixed, days and still no call back to get the item fixed correctly They will sell you something that is for sure but if you have issues you are on your own
