July 8, Dear ***:In response to your notification of July 01, regarding [redacted] ***, our records show an order was placed for earrings on April 28, The order was shipped on May 02, According to the tracking report, the longest delay occurred after the package was received by USPS in [redacted] , AKThe package was delivered on May 28, 2014.On May 28, 2014, [redacted] contacted our customer service stating she wanted to return the earrings because the delivery took too longThe anticipated return time was similar to the delivery time.On June 20, ** [redacted] contacted our customer service inquiring about her return Our representative advised her that it had not been received in the system yet and asked for the tracking numberShe was not able to provide that informationThe representative explained that a refund could not be processed until the merchandise was received.On June 23, 8:00pm EDT, ** [redacted] called again and was advised the sameAt this time the issue was escalated to a supervisor for reviewDue to our business hours, the supervisor was not able to review the issue until the following business day.On June 25, our home office was advised of the situationI was personally researching the issue with both customer service and our distribution center.On June 27, 2014, 7:30pm EDT [redacted] called again inquiring about the refundAt this time, the earrings had still not been received, however based on the time lapse; our office approved a good-faith refundA credit of $was issued the same day at 8:00pm.On June 27, 2014, 7:52pm EDT, [redacted] filed this complaint with your office.The earrings were received in our distribution center today, July 8, 2014.Please feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.Sincerely,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me I did not email Rodale from my email account or I would have a copy in my Sent file I used their customer service form link on their website so I am quite surprised they do not have a copy of itI understand I will be receiving a check to my current address for some of the subscription price I already paid However, the refund to the credit card I used previously to subscribe to Organic Gardening might have been issued through a credit union I no longer belong to, having moved from Washington state to Arizona state last year and so closing my Washington account I had been subscribing to Organic Gardening for so many years that I do not remember which card I used to initially sign up If I used my Arizona credit union [redacted] for that charge, then I will receive the credit Thank you for your prompt assistance on this matter Regards, [redacted]

This is a delivery and customer service issueI subcribed to runners world in Dec I never got the magazine! Then I cancelled it and demanded my money back, I contacted Revdex.com and they got it started and extended the issue until Jul well I never got the magazine or got March issue in April NOT MARCH ALWAYS lateNEVER ON TIME!! It is suupoe to be here By the of the monthBut was told By Abbey it is suppose to be the 3rs of the monthBEFORE the storesWell Today I called on Jan at am Pacific time and waited minutes to talk to Reba who was very rude and said she would have tocheck with supervisor to see if I could get check, since the credit card I used has been closed at My choosingThen said Supervisor said would put request and take 4- weeks to see what happens NOT acceptableI NEVER received MY free gift back in Dec for SubscribingI am tired of their LIES and saying it will be bethere or them acting like I am lying when I call them EVERY MONTH saying I did NOT get the magazine Desired Outcome: I would Like my check ASAP, and an apology for their BAD customer service from Paula, Reba and AbbeyI would also LIKE NO advertising form them about all their So called special gifts and promaotionsOr if No moneyMy subscription extended months and Guaranteed dilveryI am tired of it NOT coming like they said and their Rude customer serviceTrans
