the check out process. However, I believe there was some kind of misunderstanding between my front manager and the customer. Since then, I have contacted the customer and asked her to come to the store. I offered a refund on the smaller size if she no longer wanted it; and she stated that now this was not the issue anymore. The issue now is the way the front manager dealt with her. I have spoken to a few witnesses and they stated that they did not witness any foul treatment by the front manager. Also, the consumer herself expressed the way I dealt with her was greatly appreciated and if this is how the front manager dealt with her she would not have made a complaint.
