Rogue Investor Reviews (1)

The customer who filed this complaint (“Complainant”) ordered the Tax Liens Unleashed product (“Product”) online from MLW on January 3, As set up by MLW within ***, customers are automatically redirected to the web page that provides links to all the components of the
ProductAt that point, the Complainant should have had access to the Product. Additionally, MLW sends an email to its customers within hours, from two different business email addresses, providing the link to the Product web page. The email address Complainant used to make his purchase through *** was ***, as shown here (with Complainant’s name removed): Web Accept Payment Received (Unique Transaction ID #***) Name: ------ (The sender of this payment is Unregistered) Email: *** Payment Sent to: *** Total amount: $USD Fee amount: -$USD Net amount: $USD MLW sent two emails to Complainant at this email addressHere is one such email (with part of the link removed since this document may be posted online; could not provide a screenshot as that would include the full link): “Tax Liens Unleashed To *** Thank you for your orderPlease visit www.rogueinvestor.com/to access the product.Best regards, Rogue Investor” In both cases, the emails were returned undelivered for the reason that Complainant didn’t have such a ***.com accountHere is the message from the Failure Notice received via *** Mail: “Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. : Remote host said: delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a ***.com account (***) [0] - mta1479.mail.bf1.***.com [BODY]” *** customers do not have to provide a phone number or mailing address, so this was the only contact information MLW had for Complainant. Further, MLW has set up in *** a customer service message that customers see when they try to file a dispute in the Resolution CenterThis message explains, as explained above, about the redirect, the emails sent, and also provides the link for the Product web pageSo Complainant should have seen the link for accessing the Product when he filed his *** dispute. Finally, MLW explains all of this process for delivery of the Product on its About Ordering web page at http://www.rogueinvestor.com/about_ordering.htmlA link to this page is found at the bottom of the sales pages from which the Product is ordered. In addition, the About Ordering web page specifically states that customer service is provided via the email address ***This is stated both under the “Customer Service” header and under the “Questions” header. According to the *** case history, as shown below, MLW received its first email from Complainant the same day (January 5, 2015) that Complainant filed a dispute with ***This was on the second day following Complainant’s order on January 3, MLW chose to respond to Complainant via ***’s Resolution Center (as indicated below, “Email sent to buyer”) rather than directly by email. ? Jan 7, - ***: Email sent to seller ? Jan 7, - ***: Email sent to buyer ? Jan 6, - ***: Email sent to seller ? Jan 6, - ***: Email sent to buyer ? Jan 5, - ***: Email sent to seller ? Jan 5, - ***: Email sent to buyer ? Jan 5, - Buyer: Complaint Case filed In summary, MLW disputes Complainant’s allegation that “not only was the product not delivered as promised in the website but every attempt to contact the company ***d.” MLW makes every effort to get the Product it sells to its customers, as it did with Complainant, via multiple methods: (1) redirecting the customer to the Product web page immediately following the order; (2) sending two emails with the link to the Product web page within hours of the order; (3) providing a customer service email address on its About Ordering page, and responding promptly to such emails; and (4) providing a customer service message with the link to the Product web page within ***’s Resolution CenterIn addition, MLW promptly responded to Complainant (within one day) after receiving Complainant’s email and ***’s notice of the dispute filed. One further point is that MLW provides its Return Policy on its About Ordering web pageAs stated above, a link to this page is found at the bottom of the sales pages from which the Product is orderedThe return policy is a full, percent money back refund after a 6-month trial periodOur Product is provided entirely in an electronic formatImmediately upon ordering, our customers have access to the electronic product, which can then be copied by a customer onto an electronic device (e.g., computer, tablet, phone)Our Return Policy was written to ensure that customers don’t order the product, make a copy for themselves, and then request a refund or issue an unfounded chargeback. Complainant has provided an alternative email address with his complaint to the RevDex.comNow that we have a means by which to communicate with him, we will send an email with the link to the ProductIn addition, your notice states that a copy of this letter will be provided to Complainant. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintMLW has been in business since and this is the first notice we have received from the Revdex.com of a complaint regarding one of our productsIf you require further information, please do not hesitate to let us know. Sincerely, Diane ***, V.P. Mind Like Water, Inc
