Roni Deutch's office knew of their impending shut down, yet continued to act with wreckless disregard for her clients, by taking their (our) money, and basically vanishing with it, and never fulfilling the legal terms of her obligations. Roni Deutch is not a professional, and her advice is not worth the paper it is printed on.
Review: I aquired the services of roni deutch in December of 2010. They agreed on a settlement for me with the IRS. Now my husband was just reading that she was in the middle of a lawsuit of her own at the time of my situation. I've been trying to reach the offices of roni deutch and talk to someone and I never get an answer. I agreed on payment plan they agreed upon. My complaint is that on my original agreement I would be done paying the IRS on August 2015. Now they say that I won't be done till the total amount is paid in full. So I was trying to get some answers about my case with roni deutch. I was wandering if I could get my money back from them. Thank youDesired Settlement: If I could get my money back from them so I can put it towards IRS.
Review: This law office mislead my husband and I during an IRS settlement agreement in [redacted]
On [redacted] Law Firm worked an agreement with the IRS on behalf of my husband and myself to pay $500 per month as an IRS settlement agreement. 3 years later, we find that the agreement was only may for my husband and not myself and I have accrued over $1300 in interest in penalties and now having to make my own separate agreement. This law office acted fraudulently and I want you to know that their victim are still coming out of the woodwork unknowingly. Desired Settlement: I realize there is no way to get our money back that we paid her, but I wanted our situation to be added to the list of her wrongdoings.
