Took my *** to Preferred Collision/Saint John Toyota for a hinge replacementWhen the job was completed I immediately spoke to the staff about a network of fine scratches on the lower door that were not present when the vehicle was dropped off for repair(its black, very obvious)The estimator wasn't working the day of the repair so I returned the following dayHe said they would buff the door but some scratches would still showI brought the vehicle back to have the door buffed and as discussed some scratches still showedIt looked better and there were a couple of scratches elsewhere on the door that were pre-existing so I said that would doOn closer inspection under sunlight it became obvious that the entire door now is covered in swirl marks from the bufferI did not contact Prefered Collision again as I dont want anything worse to happen to this vehicle
I would not recommend having any work done hereFriendly and courteous does not compensate for damage

Service after the sale was poor, the solution for the issue I was having was to put tires off a lease return on it. This did help but the vibration is still there and now it sounds like a truck rolling down the road. Looks like putting used parts on a car that didn't solve the problem is good enough. Never again will I deal with them.

Review: It has been over a month since [redacted] promissed to refund my $2400 after telling me it would take a week. Numerous dates for his company to do my roof with no show. Finally said enough - just send me back my deposit He advertises this business as A+ Revdex.com company. I have not found this to be true I have left messages at both numbers on the contract form a month ago. I have not recieved any responce. ###-###-#### and ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit of $2400 returned

This is roof master and my business I.d is [redacted]. I am responding to a complaint on my file. My response is as follows.

The client has received the money in full and I never kept any portion even though I was legally entiltled to a portion for breach of contract. The client signed with me and then immediately started calling and changing things. I was et to start the roof and then she called me the night before and changed the color to a special order color that the suppliers didn't stock. It took a week to come in and then I called her and left a message that I would start her roof The following week if she called me to let me know she was back from visiting her children. I advised if I didn't hear from her I would start another and do hers afterwards. She called me the morning of and I was already ripping another roof off and she got upset with me but I left clear instructions. It then came time to do her roof and she worked and only had Sunday and Monday off. So I needed two days to complete but she would not allow me to work without her being home and I refused to work on Sundays as this is family time for our employees and I am in church on Sunday. We do not work. So she cancelled and was very sarcastic and insultive because I wouldn’t sacrifice my values and business for her when she said so. I wouldn’t advise anyone doing work with her as she is very arrogant and undecisive and expects you to be dragged along until she makes up her mind. Money was returned and we moved on. We in fact do have a A+ rating but did not when she complained of course. Some people just can’t be please and feel entitled like the whole world owes them something. We are a professional business. Now a family member or babysitting service. We give respect and we expect it in return. Thank you

I did not set the dates he would come to do the job, but rather agreed to numerous dates HE said he would be available to come do the job.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I have RECENTLY recieved my initial payment back which was what I asked for.
