I never had the opportunity to receive a quote or roofing service. After trying a couple of times to connect with someone in person, the reception person was abrupt and obviously not interested in my issue. After 24 more hours and calling again, the reception person became quite rude. If you do not want business, you should say so up front and not keep potential customers waiting for a response. It is ok to set customer expectations by saying that you are too busy to quote a job at this time, or simply state that you cannot take on new business at this time. With proper expectations set, the customer can choose to move on to other service providers or not. But, not returning phone calls in a timely manner and a "bad attitude" is not acceptable.
