I am rejecting this response because: i ordered two different orders that day and I couldn't go back and change it. I had to pick up the box during my lunch. I work 8-5 and it waS a birthday present I couldn't take it take after work!

In response to your letter dated January 21, 2016:The store, Edible Arrangements, has attempted to fulfill its obligation to complainant by offering to remake the box of chocolate fruits at the origin of complaint (November 24, 2015), at which time she declined. Furthermore, she requested a refund of $29 for said box for first settlement, which was fulfilled on January 14, 2016. It is clear that we have been diligent in our efforts to clear up this matter and that there is no obligation to pursue this matter any further.Edible Arrangements
