Review: Purchased a pair of Andis Fade Master hair clippers on December 21st at Rose Plus Beauty for 89.99. When brought home I had realized that the clippers were in good shape but the blade was rusted. So I had my mother return the clippers not even an hour later. When she went to return them the clerk called the owner and he told her not to do anything until he was there. The owner said that he would be at the store around 7:00 P.M. that night which he was not. The clerk gave my mother the owners business card and sent my mother on her way. My mother and I tried contacting the owner several times the owner eventually picked and stated that he was not going to do an exchange because I tampered with the clippers that he has not yet seen. I have been waiting for him to contact me.Desired Settlement: I would like an exchange for the hair clippers.
