They never gave me my product!!!!!!!!

I ordered and received a rose and display from RosephoriaThe flower arrived mangled and unpresentableI have reached out to the company times using the email address they provided on their website and in the email confirmation I receivedI have received no responses from them in any form or fashionI have requested a refund due to the damaged nature of their product

Got my a crappy product and returned it at their request with an email stating they would give me a refundRose was returnedNo refund yetLousy customer service

I purchased the Beauty and the Beast dome product from Rosephoria that came in a damaged box (split on two corners) with a rose that was crushed against the dome's glass and appears to already be wilting and dying (several leaves had already fallen off when first opened)
I emailed them twice, providing pictures of the damaged product and have yet to hear anything backThis was a Christmas gift that I would like to at the very least get a rose that comes close to Rosephoria's claim of lasting up to a year and actually appears ethically handled, not smashed and showing death on delivery
