Horrible Service. I was referred to Rosie's Plumbing by warranty company. Could not set up appointment for 2 days. Customer representative just sent me back to warranty company to see if someone other company can do the job and wish me the good luck
Would never recommend this company.I just wasted 2 days sitting without water!

This business is a scam - starts with [redacted] the woman who answers phone - she was rude, nasty, condescending, unprofessional, and has no peoples skills- they set up 2 appts for 2 homes for me - gave me 11a.m to 5 p.m to wait for - Today they had cancellations and they sent a plumber hrs before my due time. I got a call from [redacted] screaming telling me I owed them trip time for missing my appt - they had cancellations and they sent plumber way before my time - she called and said that "it was my fault for not answering the phone" for her to let me know technician was going way before my time - because I wasnt there, they are charging me a trip fee- I called and told her there was a death in the family the day before and therefore we couldnt cal lat 1 a.m to cancel - but when she called me the morning of I cancelled one of the appts way before my appt time range -thats when she disclosed the plumber had gone earlier - they want to penalize me for not being at premises 2 hrs before my appt time ? this is crazy! not to mentioned the way she handled the conversation before she hung up on me twice !! I still asked about the 2nd appt as it was not 11 a.m yet but she said the tech was out of the area and it was my fault for not answering the call

Stay far far away from this company. I needed a diverter put in, and they made me tear the whole wall out to put a diverter in. They are rude and obnoxious. I have never seen anything like it. I called 10 different plumbers and showed them the whole they made me put to put a simple diverter in. The plumbers I called would have done it for a lot cheaper without making me put a whole in the wall. Scam artist and ss. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ROSIES PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!
