Customer called at 10:00 a.m. and said he had a broken pipe and requested a plumber for 5 p.m. because he was working. He was told a plumber would be there between 5-7 p.m. and that there was a $125.00 service charge to enter the house, the customer agreed to the $125.00  service charge....

We showed up on time, spent 1 hour looking for the broken pipe and found it behind a finished wall in the basement. The customer was told by the plumber that our carpenter was unavailable and that he would need to find his own carpenter to come to the house and open the finished wall, the customer said he had his own carpenter , and that he shall contact him to expose the pipe. Once  the customers carpenter completed opening the wall he was to call the plumber back. We quoted the customer $500.00 to repair the broken pipe once the wall was opened. We told him we would be back tomorrow . The next day the customer called and said he would not get a carpenter, and that the plumber would have to open the wall. The customer was told the plumber could not open the wall, and the customer got mad and hung up. We tried to call him back and got no answer.
