Review: Ordered uniforms for my girls basketball team. Still haven't received them

1. On January 28, I put in the original order. In early March 2013, I picked up the uniform order and paid the store $1968.

2. On March 17, I returned the uniforms as not one uniform fit my players. I later found out that I was given Men's tops and Female shorts for sizing and, while I ordered according to these samples, the store or manufacturer made a mistake by ordering Female tops and Mens shorts. None of the uniforms fit due to vendor error.

3. On April 22, I picked up the new samples, manufactured by a different uniform company, and sized the girls. I chose this new company because Route 18 said they had a short 2-3 week turnaround. I submitted the new order soon after.

4. I have sent emails on 5/21, 6/6, 6/12 and 6/27 and have called a number of times and have not received a response. It is now 7/9/2013- 5 1/2 months since the initial order and over 9 weeks since the second order was placed. He has $1968 that I paid for the original uniforms. To date, my team has received nothing for the money.Desired Settlement: Since our season is officially over and we won't start again until next February, I would prefer a refund. As a second option, I would accept the second set of uniforms assuming that the uniforms fit.
