Route 22 Limo

Review: On my wedding day June 22, 2013 as per a previously arranged contract with Route 22 Limo, the company was scheduled to pick up my wedding party of 25 plus guests. The limo that was sent to us made numerous trips from guests houses to the church. We first noticed that the limo bus was in poor condition for service, as it had a right side mirror being held in place by aluminum tape, the interior glass was dirty, the seats had numerous rips and tears, the bathroom had no running water to wash our hands, nor soap or sanitizer and that is when we first noticed it was unusually warm inside the cabin. After the wedding ceremony 1pm, myself along with the 25 plus guests noticed it was significantly hot and extremely humid. And asked the hostess to turn the AC on in which she said she did, but soon after noticed that out of the three ceiling AC units, the two most rearward were blowing warm room temperature air and only the unit closest to the driver blowing cold AC air. This exact situation went unchanged throughout the entire 5 1/2 hour afternoon ride, despite our repeated requests to cool the cabin. It became obvious the AC units were malfunctioning when the water starting dripping from the AC unit onto the carpeted floor, wetting guests as they moved about the cabin. The hostess solution to this problem was to shove paper towels from where the leak was occurring, as this proved to be a temporary fix because the paper towels would become drenched and cause an even bigger dripping.

I contacted Route22 via telephone on the following Monday to make my complaints and asked to speak to the manager. A woman by the name of [redacted] told me she was the only one available at the time and would notify [redacted] the manager. I explained how mortified I was since I spent so much money for my wedding day and was told I would receive a call from the manager the next day which did not happen. I received a phone call Wednesday late evening by [redacted] and was told that there would be no solutionDesired Settlement: I asked [redacted] from Route 22 Limo to at least give me a refund and was dismissed. I think it is only fair since I did not receive the full services I was promised for my wedding day.
