I called this service and spoke with a representative and asked if I could get 2-4 cabs sent to the reception hall after my wedding at around 12AM. The female representative said she could only send 2, so I said that was fine, and I would try to get more from another service. Midnight rolls around and there are no cabs.I waited 20 mins then called the number. Voicemail... so I left one asking if they were on their way. 1 AM rolls around. I call again. Same thing. I'm not sure what was going on, but not only was I stranded after my wedding reception, but I can only imagine that they were ducking my calls. This is disgraceful service, and I didn't even receive a call apologizing for screwing me over. 0 out of any number of stars.
