[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] I disagree with the busniess because how do they say that we was responsible for the debris that cause the drainage to become clog the second time for one, we don't a tree of any kind were we park our vehicle, and we explain this to themNow, on their car lot there's a bunch of trees and brushThe car was on *** *** *** car lot for sixty daysWhen we try to come to some type of conclusion he want us to foot the majority of the bill, also he said if we take him to court we want winRoyal is telling a bunch of liesWe just want them refund our money for a problem he should have fixed

The allegations brought forth in this complaint are entirely false. The car did in fact have an issue with a leak that caused water to leak into the car in which we sent to the [redacted] dealer in [redacted] to diagnose and fix the car the amplifier was broken and the cowl drains were blocked. The...

estimate to fix this issue was roughly $1000 dollars. We took care of the issue and cleaned the cowl drains and replaced the amplifier per [redacted]s recommendation. The customer then purchased the car and took delivery of that car with no issues. They returned with an issue related to water being leaked into the car. Worried the issue was not correctly addressed we immediately made an appointment on behalf of the customer at [redacted] of [redacted]. The service manager then informed me that the cowl drains that were previously cleared were clogged again and stated the customer must have parked their car under an area which allowed debris to block the same drains again. They advised at that point that there is no way to prevent this issue from occurring without regular examinations of the drains by the owner of the car. They told me that if I repaired the car again they could not guarantee the issue would not arise again without properly maintaining and checking for clogged drains. The car was not left at the dealer for 60 days to my knowledge as the appointment was not even under our name it was under the customer. I was not informed that the car was not repaired until the customer called me asking to pay the bill. The service department from [redacted] said that the customer was at fault for the clogged cowl drains and I still tried to help with the bill but the customer insisted to have the car taken to a different [redacted] dealer. They then came up with another possible cause of the issue which was the sunroof and I offered to help with the bill with $600 and to buy the amplifier for them if they covered the rest of the bill as they chose to repair the sunroof. The customer accepted this offer and then decided to contact the Revdex.com with this story and a few other consumer complaint sites. The issues that the car had were not an item that is covered under the warranty the customer agreed to and if they believe I am responsible for this problem is invite them to take legal action and if they are correct I will happily pay for any damages found to be at fault of our dealership
