Royal Flush

Review: WE have had several charges on our credit card. Royal Flush was never authorized to charge this card. WE have contacted them, have proof of contact attempts and no response. the company is still using our credit card to charge 121.90 for undefined services. they are using our card to charge when ever they want. Last month they charged it twice in one day and when we inquired they ignored it.Desired Settlement: WE want a refund for what ever they have charged us over our contracted agreement, from which they obtained the credit info in order to charge our card.

Review: On 8/26/13 our company requested a porta john for our customers ** well pad and I was very specific that we would only need it for 2 weeks. I was then faxed an invoice billing us for a full month. I called to express I did not authorize our credit card to be run for 1 month of rental. I called on 9/11/13 for your Royal flush to pick up. I have been trying since 9/11/13 to get a refund back to my card for the 11 days. Is this company so hard up over a few dollars? I have spoken to [redacted], [redacted] and a few others about this and everyone has said "[redacted] will take care of it". Is [redacted] ever in the office??.Desired Settlement: Credit our unused rental back to our credit card + an additional 1.5% a month late fee they would have charged me if I didn't pay on time
