The windows that Mr. [redacted] purchased were manufactured by Trilite Corp. Unfortunately, Trilite is no longer in business. The original glass warranty that Mr. [redacted] received was for 30 years. The first 10 years were 100% replacement. After the...
first 10 year period the warranty prorated. As a gesture of good will, I offered to pay 25% of the replacement cost of the glass unit. That offer still stands.

[redacted] Siding and Windows did not offer me anything. They told me to contact the manufacturer. They told me they were not responsible since I purchased the windows from Trilite. I bought the windows from [redacted] Siding and Windows, they chose the manufacturer. I'm willing to talk with [redacted] Siding and Windows so I can see what they are offering.
