The customer brought the car back with several issues while it was still covered under warranty We bought a new battery as per his request and saved him the trouble of driving an hour back here He picked it up at Advanced Auto by his house The doorstop was broken and the
door handle needed to be replaced This was fixed at no cost to him He left happy and had no concerns The car is no longer covered under warranty and we are no longer responsible for any repairs

The day I bought my car RSE Auto knew it was starting hard. Randy told me they would take car of one thing at a time. I got my car home the day I bought it ,shut it off and it wouldn't start. I called RSE Auto and he told me to take it and get the battery tested. I had to jump start it to get it to the parts store they told me the battery wasn't any good. He bought a battery and I put it in. He put on a couple body parts. Randy kept stalling me on this starting issue until he knew the warranty ran out. He did not correct the problem when I first told him. He returned my call with swearing and unprofessional message. I was not a satisfied customer.
