Review: I had made an order for a whole 17 inch assorted sub and an order of fries I had requested 2 blue cheeses and that the oil fro my sub be put in a container on the side when my food came I noticed there wasn't any blue cheese or sub oil so I sent the driver back to the restaurant to get them and return to me which he did. After he had left I had opened the sub and discovered it wasn't an assorted sub at all but instead a Turkey sub I called the restaurant right away and spoke with the manager and told him and he basically in not so many words told me I had to be lying because he had looked at the sub before it left and it was an assorted ? I was out raged that he would even say that or argue the fact with me about my order I had assured him he must have looked at another sub because the one I had received was only a Turkey sub He continued to argue with me and I could see this matter wasn't going any where so I simply told him I would like a refund back to my credit card and that I would send the food back with the driver which I did ..The manager tried to tell me to keep the food for free because they were only going to throw it out but I said no and sent it back because I didn't want them to think I was just trying to get my food for free in the first place all I wanted was for them to remake my sub right and I would send the other sub back and they flat out refused. This is by no means anyway to do business or to keep a customer for that matter I am so upset they would treat a paying customer like trash and insist I was lying they don't know me to make that judgement.Desired Settlement: for them to retrain there managers so they can respect there customers and handle situations in a manner that doesn't require them to tell a paying customer they are liars !

They never refunded any monies at all. all they did was give me a 25% discount off of my next order But I simply don't want to order anymore from them because of how I was treated so this is not true
