The deciding factor for me was the warranty period being three times as long and the price difference.. The features were similar. Her putting me first over what the business could make led me to purchase a refrigerator as well.
When it came to delivery, Marcus and Dave were very professional. They called prior to leaving to make sure I was ready. Upon arrival they were careful in bringing the appliances in and setting them up. They took the time to answer any questions I had.
