Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If his job is so exceptional and guaranted why as of today my mother's house it's not 100% doneThe Mortgate did one inspection on 6-30-and the house was 95% Mr [redacted] had to take like bags of garbage of insulation that he very kindly place on the back of the Attic, fix the kitchen ceiling and an electric problem that epr the mortgage inspector that was a violationMortgage did the last inspection on July 10th, My mom moved back to her house on july 17th, My mother [redacted] had asked me to to this on her behalf due to her english and her computer skills aren't very goodI do help my mother on every aspect and you are more than wlecome to come to her house which it's not 100% done unfortunally because Mr [redacted] took so long on finishing his job like the insurance adjuster said even with the cold weather the house should had to be done no later than April My mother's electronics like the fridge got damaged, her laptop, printer, and still at the back of the house we are waiting to see if the insurance company will replace them or noMy mom also had to buy an used stove which should had to be borught by Mr ***, also she purshace a new air conditioning due to that one that Mr [redacted] bought didn't had the power like the one before Regards,

The home owner and I met during the month of November to review and sign the
contract I receive the first check on December which was the funding for the roofing and siding for the fire damageThe job was started on January 6, as agreed, Due to the snow storm and
ice, it took approximately days to completeThe second check was received during the month of MarchOnce this job was completed we started working on replacing the drywall, paintingthree windowsin addition new insulation in the attic from the fire damage
Once we removed the carpet, the hardwood floors were damaged and base board heater were damaged as welldue to the cold weather conditions Some of the funds from the second check were used to complete these two items This was requested by the daughter (*** ) not the homeowner Once I confirmed with the homeowner on the changes they agreedI received the third check from the insurance company, which took over daysThe kitchen cabinets were replaced and special order was placed , which took weeks to arriveThe job was completed on June 25th 2014, and the certificate of occupancy approved through New Castle CountyThe job has been completed and

[ have been in Business for over years and I have done exceptional work with many customers an have never received and complaints beforeI'm committed to providing quality work and my work is guarantee If the homeowner was not satisfied with my work or attitude, she could have terminated my contract anytimeIn stead she continue to allow me to finish the jobThe daughter (*** ) has made this complaint not the homeowner The homeowner has stated to me several times, that her daughter had nothing to do with the contract, but she still insisted on being arguemental and rude
Once the job was completed and they were satisfied the daughter (***) continue to call and text my phone After not responding to calls or texts, she informed rne, that she would sending a letter to the Revdex.com and reports me

This is a response to the complaint against [redacted]}, I'm submitting the New Castle County certificate of occupancy in which the construction for 1[redacted] was performed completed and granted to occupy, meaning the house was clean and not electronics were present when the work begins, inside the house nor outside (back yard), I was told that all of this items were taking by the insurance company.
*Who is Mr. [redacted] that place 10 bags of garbage of insulation on the back of the attic?
*Who is Mr. [redacted] that took so long on finishing his job?
*Who is Mr. [redacted] that didn't buy a new stove?
*Who is Mr. [redacted] that didn't install the same air condition as the one was taken out?
*I'm [redacted] who did the work and the work was done and completed by New Castle County Code and permission was hereby granted to occupy.

Review: I hired Mr [redacted] construction on October 2013 due to my house was involved on a fire on 8-11-13. He stated in the contract the house will be done in 30 days but my daughter asked him to change it to 60 days just in case. the job was going to start as soon the first deposit was given that was back in January 2014 until this day my house it's not DONE. It's going to be 12 months next month. Since he has working in my house it's an excuse after another excuse/ lie he has taken so long that even the pipes of my heather broke down and had to be replaced by the insurance company, in the contract states the attic insolation should be repalace due to the fire he placed only new insolation on top of the old one I have breathing problems and that can affect my lungs, there are small things to be done I been telling him to fix the kitchen roof like 3 weeks ago and he hasn't that now needs to be fix due to there's a crack which wasn't there before, there are 3 lights that needs to be fixed due to the electrician he used, plug them together, there's a light needs to be fix and he's not doing them until he gets the last report from the last Mortgage inspection. My insurance company it's not paying my expenses anymore due to the time this has taken Glad that I'm staying at my daughter's house. Now my insurance company can't help me because I hired a contractor they don't work with. I request an extra inspection from the mortgage company which was done last monday June 31st, 2014 per the inspector my house is not 95% done. I don't know what to do??Desired Settlement: I want the job DONE the way he stated in the contract It's very depressing and stressful to deal with someone who doesn't respect the customer and their needs. If you he can't do a job the way he stated was going to get done He should have restrictions on his license.
