The cell device is in good working order. However, based on the instruction of TS, I generated a call to the UK # to activate my mailbox. This call resulted in an inability to program a personal greeting. The call forced me into a vm tone and prompted me to leave a message. In order to resurrect this purchase, I have agreed to have John in TS call me today to "walk me" through the voicemail set up. If he instructs me to "use" the phone i.eplace a call, then that action showed not be misconstrued as to me using the phone and potentially negating a refund.MK
